1.Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using goonettes.net (the “Platform”, “Site”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines or policies we publish. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

(a) You are 18 years of age or older;

(b) Accessing and/or creating adult sexual content is legal in your jurisdiction; and

We reserve the right to require age verification (such as government-issued ID) at any time, particularly for creators. The Platform is intended strictly for adults. Any use by a minor is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

3. Description of the Platform

Goonettes.net is an adult-oriented social and monetization platform where creators (“Goonettes” and other creators) can share exclusive NSFW content including gooning, edging, fetish, and related adult material with fans. Features include social feeds, premium posts, pay-per-view content, subscriptions, live streams, tips, digital downloads, and other tools. The Platform may also include AI-assisted features.

4. User Accounts

(a) You must create an account to access most features of the Platform.
(b) You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
(c) Only one account is permitted per person. Accounts are non-transferable.
(d) Creators must apply and be approved before they can monetize content. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or revoke creator status at our sole discretion.
(e) You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

5. Content Guidelines & Prohibited Conduct

All content on the Platform must be legal, consensual, and involve only adults 18 years of age or older.

You agree that you shall not post, upload, share, distribute, or engage with any content that:

(a) Involves any person under the age of 18, whether real or fictional — zero tolerance. We will report such content and fully cooperate with law enforcement;
(b) Is non-consensual, including but not limited to revenge porn, hidden camera recordings, or deepfakes created without the clear and explicit consent of all individuals depicted;
(c) Depicts illegal activities, violence, bestiality, or any other content prohibited under applicable law;
(d) Harasses, threatens, stalks, defames, or doxxes any other user or individual;
(e) Constitutes spam, scams, phishing, or unauthorized commercial solicitation;
(f) Infringes upon any third-party intellectual property rights; or
(g) Contains malware, viruses, or is intended to hack, disrupt, or damage the Platform or its users.

Creators are solely responsible for verifying that every individual appearing in their content is 18 years of age or older and has provided clear consent. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, remove, edit, or refuse any content at any time. Violations of this section may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

6. Intellectual Property & Licenses

(a) Creators retain ownership of the content they upload.
(b) By uploading content to the Platform, you grant Goonettes.net a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, display, distribute, promote, market, and otherwise use your content on the Platform and in related promotional materials.
(c) You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and consents to upload and grant the above license for your content.
(d) All trademarks, logos, and software belonging to Goonettes.net remain our exclusive property.

7. Payments, Subscriptions & Monetization(Creators)

Creators may earn money through tips, subscriptions, pay-per-view posts, digital products, and other monetization features offered on the Platform.

Platform fees, payout methods, schedules, and minimum thresholds are described on the Site or in your creator dashboard and are subject to change. You are solely responsible for any taxes due on your earnings. We may withhold or reverse payments in cases of Terms violations.

No refunds will be issued for digital content or subscriptions once delivered or viewed, except where required by applicable law.

8. Payments by Users/Fans

All purchases, subscriptions, and tips are final. You are responsible for any chargebacks or payment disputes. Fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM CONTAINS EXPLICIT ADULT SEXUAL CONTENT.

The Platform and all content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, nor do we guarantee the accuracy of any content or results from AI features.

You acknowledge that consuming or creating gooning, edging, or fetish content is a personal decision and you use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goonettes.net and its owners/operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or emotional distress, arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Goonettes.net and its owners, operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

(a) Your content or conduct on the Platform;
(b) Your violation of these Terms; or
(c) Any third-party claims related to your use of the Platform.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ends immediately. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13 shall survive termination.

13. Copyright & DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to: support@goonettes.net. Your notice must include all information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class action or class proceeding.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Site.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Goonettes.net regarding your use of the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
